Michael Wayne Caldwell, 49, of Parrott, passed away Monday, May 23, 2011 at Pulaski Community Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wayne Caldwell. Survivors include his mother and step father, Nancy Lee and John C. Turpin of Parrott, brother, John Clinton (JC) Caldwell of Amherst, step sisters, Hope Turpin of Blacksburg and Lisa Deloish of Pearisburg ,step brother, Tony Turpin of Parrott two uncles, Ralph and Buddy Hoback, both of Radford, cousin, Kenny Lee Hoback of Christiansburg special friends, Judy Davis, Alfie and Rita Harrington, Steve and Gail Orndorff and Steve Bane. Special thanks to the staff and employees of Pulaski Community Hospital and Pulaski Health and Rehab Center. In keeping with Michaels request his body will be cremated and burial will be private with just family attending.
