Mary Edith Richardson Martin, loving mother, of Radford, passed away June 16th at the age of 100 . She was preceded in death by her husband, Corbitt L. Martin and daughter Mary Jo Meadows. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth (Libby) M. and David O. Saul of Radford; son and daughter-in-law, John P. and Karen C. Martin of Dublin; grandchildren, Wendall L. Hypes of Radford, Aime Rebecca Martin Bennett and husband Pastor Randall G. Bennett, Jr. of Selinsgrove, PA, and Preston Garrett Martin of Brooklyn, NY; great grandchildren, Madisyn Rebecca Bennett and Haley Dove Bennett of Selinsgrove, PA; and honorary granddaughter, Donna Hager of Radford. A special thanks to the wonderful, caring staff of Radford Rehab Center and Carilion Hospice. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Randy G. Bennett, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
