Mary Belle Kenley Kirtner, 78, of Radford, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012. She was retired from Plymouth. She was preceded in death by her parents Oakley Maynard and Eva Mae Viers Kenley, sisters, Betty Kenley and Judith K. Duncan, and son-in-law, Michael Whittimore. Survivors include her daughter Sharon Whittimore of Pulaski; sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Oakley and Kim Martin of Radford, and Geary Duane and Leda Martin of Floyd; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph and Evalina Kenley of Christiansburg, and Richard and Linda Kenley of Radford; sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Elwood Smart of Radford; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 11 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Mr. Rudolph Kenley Shelburne officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 8 pm Monday evening at the funeral home. The Kirtner family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory.
