Mary Hall Phillips, 74, of Dublin, passed away Friday, February 4, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Ball and Cora Elizabeth Hall, three brothers and three sisters, one grandchild and one great-grandchild. Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Jay Thomas Phillips, Sr; seven children, Eva Phillips Collins and her husband Michael of Abingdon, Harold Dean Phillips and wife Rita of Radford, Jay Thomas Phillips, Jr. of Dublin, Charlotte Phillips Newby and husband Clifford of Fremont, NC, Christopher McCaully Phillips and wife Melissa of Dublin, Randall Keith Phillips and wife Karen of Snowville, and Teresa Jean Phillips and fianc John Robertson of Dublin; thirteen loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother-in-law Dewey Phillips of Radford; and two sisters-in-law Ella Mae Long of Pulaski and Ruby Hall of Radford. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 7, 2011 at 11 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Bobby Sylvia and Steve Marshall officiating. Interment will follow in the Phillips Family Cemetery in Snowville. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 8 pm Sunday at the funeral home. The Phillips family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
