Mary Margaret Hendricks Dobbins, 71, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at her home in Radford. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Dobbins was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Rosa Lee Hendricks; husband, Eugene Dobbins, Jr.; and son, John Edward Dobbins. Survivors include sons and daughter-in-law, Paul Hendricks of Radford, and Gene and Linda Dobbins of Dublin; daughters, Serecia Dobbins and Lillie Morton, both of Radford; 11 grandchildren, Satairka, Kadon, Eli, Miracle, Embirly, Terrell, Desheda, Sheka, Tarion, E.J. and D.J.; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers and sister-in-law, Jamel Hendricks of Radford, Freddie Hendricks of Ft. Chiswell, Paul Hendricks of New River, Doug Hendricks of Minnesota, and Jerry and Donna Hendricks of Christiansburg; sisters and brother-in-law, Lola Johnson of San Antonio, Texas, Joyce Buford and Lillie and David Morton, both of Radford; sister-in-law, Dora Dobbins; special sisters, Ester Reed and Brenda Waldron; and a host of special friends, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Rev. Eric Ramey officiating. Interment will follow in New River Cemetery.
