?Mark Edison Phillips, 88, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2006 at his home in Radford. He was a member of Grove United Methodist Church, a U. S. Navy veteran and co-owner of Jackson Hardware. Survivors include a daughter, Peggy Joyce Phillips of Radford; two brothers, Dewey Phillips of Radford and Tom Phillips of Dublin; a sister, Ella Long of Pulaski; a step-daughter, Melanie Moore of Omega, GA; two step-sons, L. W. Long and Michael Long; two step-grandsons, Brandon McDaniel and Sean McDaniel; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 18, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Richard Worringham officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
