Mark Anthony Foster, 39, of Radford, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012. Survivors include his daughters, Kasandra and Ally Foster; parents, James E. and Eunice B. Foster; brother and his wife, Phillip and Ginny Foster; nephew, Andrew Foster; and sister, Jennifer (Ginger) Foster and Wayne Cox, all of Radford. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Bobby Lorton officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Fairlawn United Methodist Church, 7584 Brandon Road, Fairlawn, VA 24141. The family will like to extend a special thanks to the Staff, Physicians of the VICU of Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The Foster family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
