Marie Hobbs Collier, 86, of Radford, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at Radford Health & Rehab. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ezekiel P. and Chloe Hobbs and a son Michael Collier. Survivors include her husband, Bennett M. Collier; daughter-in-law, Linda Collier of Radford; two grandchildren, Rachel and Jonathan Collier; brother, Harrison Hobbs of Dublin; two sisters, Reva Chappell of Great Falls, Montana and Geneva Kiser of Sterling, Va. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the Radford Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1110 Tyler Avenue, Radford, VA with Owen McKinnie officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made for the worldwide work of Jehovah's Witnesses, 25 Columbia Heights, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
