Margaret Kinder Lester, 84, died Saturday, December 31, 2005 at the Pinehurst Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Pinehurst, NC. She was born on October 12, 1921 and was the eldest child of the late Marvin Kinder and Helen Kinder Farmer. She is survived by her sister Mary K Eaton of Pinehurst, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence P. Lester, her daughter Beverly, her brother Marvin T. Kinder and sister Lois Altizer. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 4, 2005 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Graveside services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. The Lester family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
