Margaret "Peggy" Hughes Jarrells, 72, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013 at her home in Pulaski. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Mariann Hughes, son, Brent Michael Jarrells, grandson, Trevor Jarrells, and brother, William A. Hughes. Survivors include her husband, Donald Ray Jarrells; sons and daughters-in-law, Alan Douglas and Tena Jarrells of Pulaski, Jeffrey and Carolyn Jarrells of Mechanicsville, Jon and Heather Jarrells of Fairlawn, and Jason Jarrells and fiance Brenna James of San Diego, CA; sisters, Barbara H. and Walt Dion and Patsy H. and Bill Hedges, all of Havre, Mont.; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Barbara Turman of Allisonia, Evelyn Marshall of Allisonia, Joan and Roger Fowler of Dublin, and Rhonda and Richard Surface of Dublin; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 2:00 pm at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Pulaski with Father Steve Estes officiating. Interment will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin. The Jarrells family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
