Lucy Jane Stephens Sheppard, 76, of Dublin, passed away Monday, September 5, 2016. She was a member of Frenchs Chapel in Dublin and retired from Dublin Garment with 26 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Ruby Stephens and her husband, Lee Burman Sheppard. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Elaine Sheppard; son, Thomas Allen Sheppard; brothers and sisters-in-law, Edward and Jeanette Stephens, Howard Stephens and Robert "Ross" and Gail Stephens; 6 grandchildren, Travis, Jacob, Kevin, Lovevette, Connor and Samuel; 5 great grandchildren; and sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Betty and Steve Roope, of Dublin, and Mary Sheppard of Tallmadge, Ohio. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel in Christiansburg with Rev. Alvin Trivette officiating.
