Lucille Leslie Young Rupe, 85 of Dublin, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2007. She was a member of Mt. View United Methodist Church. She was born February 16, 1922 the daughter of the late Nathaniel Henry and Ollie Shelton Young. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Bascomb Rupe. Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Peggy and Cadle Woodyard of Dublin and Nancy Barbuto of Thaxton; five grandchildren, Michael, Mark, Timmy and Terry Woodyard all of Dublin, and Agnes Talavera of Manassas; and three great-grandchildren Nikki, Mollie and Timmy Woodyard. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Bill Schoenemon and Brother Tommy Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery in Pulaski County. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Rupe family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
