Lucille Broyles Pannell, 80 of Radford, passed away Friday, May 18, 2007 in the Radford Nursing & Rehab. Survivors include her husband, Frank E. Pannell of Radford; two daughters and son-in-law, Elaine Pannell of Rochelle, IL and Ilaine and Thomas Jessup of Yorkville, IL. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 21, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home with Rev. Ersel Alderman officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin. The family will receive friends on Sunday May 20 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
