Loxi Lynn Snell Ryckman, age 78, of Christiansburg, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Ralph Snell, and Charles LaPland and Dorella Mae Cool Snell LaPland; her beloved husband, Albert John Ryckman; sons-in-law, James Downes IV and Jack Faulk; brother, Michael Snell; daughter-in-law, Debra Solow; and sisters, Jacquelyn Hanthorn, April Scott, Lurene Ryckman, and Bonita Ryckman.

Survivors include her daughters, Tina (Mark), Roxanna Faulk and Sabrina Downes (Jeffrey Proffitt); sons, James Ryckman, Kenneth (Cassie) Ryckman, and Larry Solow; 23 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Swayze, Gloria Ryckman, and Penny Jo Decker; and many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the funeral home. Interment will follow next to her husband in Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
