Lonnie Dean Phillips, 92, of Christiansburg, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020. He was a member of Radford Church of Christ and retired from Hercules. He was a U. S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Clarence and Mary Etta Phillips; his wives, Barbara Miller Phillips and Betty Anne St. John Deaton Phillips; infant sisters, Genieve Marie Phillips and Rosetta Phillips; brothers, Robert Herman Phillips, Clarence Junior Phillips, Clyde A. Phillips, Elisha Andrew Phillips, and Franklin L. Phillips. Survivors include sister and brother-in-law, Sylvia Ruth and Smith Shroyer; sister-in-law, Ruby Eileen Phillips; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A graveside service with full military honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin with Minister John Croft officiating.
