Lois Marie Bowman Prescott, of Fairlawn, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, which was her 85th birthday. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Sherwood L. Prescott; step children, Brenda Stevens, Danny Prescott and Cathy Cundiff; and several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. Survivors include her son, David Vines of Waynesboro; grandson, J. D. Vines of Staunton; granddaughter, Felesha Kessel of Huntington, W. Va.; step sons and their wives, Thomas and Donna Prescott and Larry and Edna Prescott, all of Floyd; step daughter and her husband, Margaret and Robert Farmer of Radford; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 12 pm until 1 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 1 pm immediately following the visitation. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
