Lloyd Dayton Ramsey, 81, formerly of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Woodhaven Nursing Home in Montvale. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran, a member of Mount Olive United Methodist Church in Pulaski and a retired supply clerk with Klopman Mills. He was a graduated of Bland High School and Bluefield State College with an Associates Degree in Accounting. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Etta Ramsey.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Barry W. and Donna Ramsey of Salem; daughter and son-in-law, Karen R. and David Cox of Christiansburg; and 3 grandchildren, Aaron and Greg Cox, and Alexander D. Ramsey; and great granddaughter, Kylee Cox.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home. Memorial services will begin at 3 p.m. with Rev. Bobby Lorton officiating. Interment with military honors will take place at a later date in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
