Linda May Newby Lovern, age 58 of Dublin, passed away Friday, February 1, 2008 at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis E. Newby Sr. and husband, John Lovern Sr.. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Missy and Rodney Quesenberry of Christiansburg; son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Amanda Lovern of Washington; mother, Frances Lester Newby of Radford; five grandchildren, Travis, Ashley and Joshua Quesenberry, and Alexus and John John Lovern; sister, Betty Newby of Dublin; two brothers, Lewis E. Newby Jr. and Philip W. Newby both of Radford. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Ronnie Duncan officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her sister Betty Newby at 6940 Wilderness Road Dublin, VA 24084 to help defer funeral costs.
