Leona Darlene Wilson, 71, of Snowville, passed away Friday, December 22, 2006 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Harvey and Ethel Flinchum Wilson, and her husband, Sidney E. Wilson, and a sister Sandra K. Wilson. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and James Shelburne of Radford; a son, Larry Wilson of Snowville; two sister and brother-in-law, Rita and Winston Thornton of Snowville; Wanda Fields of Dublin; three brothers, Wilford Wilson and Steve Wilson both of Dublin; Alvin Wilson of Alexandria, VA; and four grandchildren and spouse, Kristopher L. and Ashley Shelburne, Tammy N. Shelburne, Daniel L. and Kristin Wilson, and Paul A. Wilson; one great-granddaughter, Hailey Nichole Wilson. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at Mullins Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Wilson Grove Family Cemetery in Snowville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
