Leona Kate Wright Hobbs, 79 of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2007 in the New River Valley Medical Center. She was born July 10, 1928 the daughter of the late Sherman Earl and Hattie Hinkley Wright. Survivors include her husband Harison W. Hobbs of Pulaski; a daughter and son-in-law Diana and David Bell of Carlisle, PA; a son and daughter-in-law Bill and Pat Hobbs of Pulaski; a brother and sister-in-law Jessie and Frances Wright of Radford; five grandchildren and their spouses, Jeanette and Michael Wilson, Deanna Clippinger, Ginny and Len Weller, Karen and Alex Barker, and Kim and Erik Reid; three great-grandchildren, Michael Wilson, Jr., Nicole Wilson, and Jenna Barker; and her special dog Baby. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Archie Morgan and Rev. Terry Walters officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The Hobbs family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
