Lelia Hogan Harvey 76 of Radford passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 at her home in Radford. She was a member of First Baptist Church on Rock Road in Radford, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jethro Amos and Lora Lee Roberts Hogan of Pulaski, Virginia. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Jackson Eugene Harvey; two daughters, La Rhonda Harvey of Radford, Mia Harvey of Greenbrier, Ark., and a son, Mandel Harvey of Winnsboro, SC. She also leaves behind a brother, Quinton Hogan of Pulaski; six grandchildren, Michael Swan, Stephanie Swan, Joshua Harvey, Evan Harvey, Kingston Harvey and Seth Frego. Graveside services will be held Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Sunrise Burial Park in Radford with Rev. C. Coles Casey officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
