Lee Andrew Ratcliff, 41, of Hiwassee, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016. He was a facilities manager and engineer for Appalachian Conference and a member of Tower of Refuge Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Lee Ratcliff. Survivors include his wife, Laurie T. Ratcliff of Hiwassee; mother, Sheila M. Ratcliff of Radford; brothers and sisters-in-law, Pete and Michelle Ratcliff of Unionville, and Tim and Lora Ratcliff of Fairlawn; nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Alley, Aaron, Brianna, Bethany and Robert and their children, Ruth Ann and Ian and their child, Katelyn and Kyle; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lyndell and Hilda, and Charlene and Prakash. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Tower of Refuge Church. Memorial services will follow at 12 Noon with Rev. Stacy C. Cope and Rev. Gary C. Cope officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial be made to the Tower of Refuge Building Fund, 5846 Oak Grove Avenue, Dublin, VA 24084.
