Larry Roosevelt Johnston, 75, of Parrott, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018. He was retired from R.A.A.P. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Bufford Johnston and Hazel Yearout Johnston; and brother, Robert Williams. Survivors include his daughter, Paula Marshall of Parrott; and sisters and brother-in-law, Freeda and William Hamilton of Parrott and Viola Tranpani of Colonial Heights; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial services with full military honors will be held on 11 a.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018 at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
