Lacy Haven Bill Sheppard, Jr. went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 7, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lacy Sr. and Eliza Lucado Sheppard, and a brother, James A. Sheppard. Survivors include his son Richard, grandsons, Travis and A. J., and sisters, Ruth A. Hinkley of Radford, Thelma A. Green of Troutville, Mary Lee Parks of Boston, MA, Bertha Sword of Christiansburg, and Susie and E. B. Morris of Dublin. Burial in the family cemetery will be announced at a later date.
