Kevin E Brown, 57 of Radford, passed away in his home on Friday, July 8, 2011. Born July 15,1954 in Cumberland, Maryland he was the son of the late Eileen Velma Downz and Thomas Haynes Brown both of Cumberland, Maryland. He was also proceeded in death by his eldest brother Thomas (Tommy) Brown. He was a graduate of Alleghany High School. He was most proud of his service with Virginia Technical University. He loved socializing with all his dearest friends and family. He is survived by siblings Sheila and Norine Brown both of Cumberland, MD, Todd and Eileen Downz of Hagerstown, MD; nephews and nieces Michael Brown, Tammie Brown-Egbeju and husband Emokiniovo, Dionne Brown-Smith and husband Jessie, and Louis Morton Brown and wife Jamie; and numerous friends and special friends that called him dad. Special thanks to Eddie who helped care for him and the family at the end. Per Kevins request there will be no services. The Brown family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
