Kenneth Allen Harris, 91, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at his home in Radford. He was a U. S. Navy veteran and retired from Hercules after many years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Early and Lottie Harris; Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Geneva Baker Harris; daughters and sons-in-law, Judy Harris Shorter and Jay of Radford, and Trish Harris-Kelsoe and Scott of N.C.; grandchildren, Kenneth Robert Keister and Lori, Matthew Irvin Keister, Chris Shorter and Alysha, and Devin Shorter; great grandchildren, Kenneth Grant Keister, Jacqueline Taylor Keister and Knox Davis Shorter; brother-in-law and his wife, Dr. Robert Baker and Patsy of Raleigh, N. C.; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Rev. Don Shelor officiating. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery in Radford.
