Kenneth Steven Coleman, 60, of Pulaski, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015. He was a diesel mechanic and a U. S. Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Bates; wife, Diane Powers Coleman; and son, Joseph Coleman. Survivors include his children, Jason Coleman of Pulaski, April Spencer of Gates County, N.C., and Christopher Coleman of Va. Beach; mother, Rita O'Dell Bates of Va. Beach; brother, Lawrence Bates of Barren Springs; sisters, Susan Bunch of Great Bridge, Va., and Cathy Henderson of Portsmouth, Va.; step-brother, David A. May of Bloomingdale, Ga.; and 6 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Cowboy Church, 520 East Main Street in Pulaski with Pastor Randy officiating.
