Kathleen Phillips Hoover, 76, of Radford, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2006 at Duke Hospital in Durham, NC. She was a member of the Radford Worship Center and retired from the Old Colony Box Company with 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Pete Hoover. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Barry and Sandra Ousley of Roanoke, Maynard and Gloria Hoover of Blacksburg, and William E., Jr. and Akiko Hoover of Oxnard, CA; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and special friends, Danny and Marie Sowers of Radford. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Glennard Quesenberry officiating. Interment will follow in the West View Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
