Katharine (Kathy) Yvonne Martin, 52, of Dublin, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019. She is predeceased by maternal grandparents Ed and Daisy Gosnell, paternal grandparents Barnett and Eula Martin, and an infant daughter Ashley Nicole Ghoston. Survivors include her parents, Totoa and Barbara Wells of Dublin; sons, Terrance Ghoston (Sasha) of Hawaii, Dominique Ghoston of Dublin, and Justin Ghoston (Emily) of Christiansburg; daughter, Shaunta Ghoston (Jaquil) of Radford; 8 grandchildren; cake eating cousins, Becky Sato, Angela Freeman, Lauren Freeman, Beth Weber, Molly Nevitt, Amy Marcus and Jenna Marcus; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Dublin United Methodist Church. Memorial services will follow at 3 p.m. with Pastor Don Shelor officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Dublin UM Church to help defer the funeral expenses.
