Karen Jameson Thompson, 48, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at her home in Radford. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allan Harvey Jameson and Betty Ann Jameson. Survivors include her husband, Robert M. Thompson, Jr.; daughters, Amber Dawn Perdue of Wirtz, and Katharine Ariana Thompson of Radford; grandson, Orion Perdue of Wirtz; brother, Dustin Hull of Dublin; half sister, Courtney Dunavant of Pulaski; uncle, Chuck Daughtery of Pulaski; and aunt, Janet Kay Fagg of Roanoke. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Christ Lutheran Church, 201 Harvey St., Radford, with Rev. Andrew Tucker officiating. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall following the service.
