Julie Anne Mundie Belcher, 79, of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017. She was an artist and equestrian. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Mundie and Minnie Mundie Morrow. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Liz and Steve Baxter of Radford; grandson and his special friend, Ryan Baxter and Joci Coble; former husband, Buford "Boots" Belcher of Pearisburg; and special friends, Arby and Sam Spence of Pulaski.
