Judy Kay Parnell Beebe, 70, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024. She was retired from Radford University Housekeeping. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Harriet and Eliza Parnell; husband, Jeffrey Lynn Beebe; and brothers, Jackie and James Parnell. Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Parnell; stepdaughter, Ericka Beebe; grandsons, Devontia Billings, Demico Parnell, and DeAndre Stewart; great grandchildren, Noah and Elliana Billings; 4 step grandchildren; sisters, Cathy Quesenberry (Roger) and Joy Parnell; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Frankie Coleman officiating.
