Juanita Cochran Likens, 81, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 at her home in Belspring. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Alma Cochran; husband, William McKinley Likens, Jr.; son, William McKinley "Kenny" Likens III; son-in-law, James Marvin Handy; and brothers, Robert and Bill Cochran. Survivors include her daughters, Diane L. Handy and Cheryl Likens; 6 grandchildren and their spouses, Linda and Matt Sayers, Dusty and Amanda Handy, Kevin and Angela Likens, Wesley Handy, Corey Likens, and Stephen and Sherri Handy; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Jenny Lawrence; brother, James Cochran; several loving nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Mountain Mission School, 1760 Edgewater Drive, Grundy, VA 24614.
