Joyce Rigney Whitt, 88, of Radford, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kelly and Annie Rigney; her husband, Dallas Whitt; brothers, Jim, Donald, Snook, Jerry and Bobby Rigney; and sister, Beck Duncan. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Sammy and Debbie Phillips of Dublin; daughter, Cathy Flinchum of Radford; granddaughter, Kellie Flinchum; great grandchildren, Josie, Ryan and Peyton; brother Hersel Rigney of Rochester, Mich. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020 at the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
