Joyce Stowers Bowers, 84, of Dublin, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018. She was a member of Max Creek Baptist Church and retired from A.T. & T. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Georgie Cline. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Patsy Diane and Douglas Jones of Pulaski, Carolyn and Daniel Hager of Dublin, and Sebrena and Kevin Muse of Christiansburg; brother, Jimmy Cline of San Diego, Calif.; grandchildren, Brandy Hill and Melinda Martin; and step grandson, Devin Harris. The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the Mullins funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 7 p.m. with Tom Underwood and David Cline officiating.
