Joseph Paul Fisher, 69, passed away at his home in Radford on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. He was a U. S. Marine veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Eugene Fisher and Ethel Virginia Jewell Fisher; son, J. P. Fisher, Jr.; 3 brothers and a sister; and 2 nephews. Survivors include his grandchildren, Micah Collins, Zachary Taylor, Hallie Fisher and Angel Fisher; sister, Mary Price of Radford; brother, Dean (Matt) Fisher of Rocky Mount, N.C.; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Hinkley; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial service with military honors will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
