John Eldridge Housel, 78, of Radford, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020. He was born in Mount Tabor, N. J., the son of the late John and Mary Housel. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Evelyn Zell Housel. John owned and operated H&H Tree Service. Survivors include his daughter, Tracie Renee Housel-Laski of Atlanta, Ga.; son, J. J. Housel of Radford; brother and sister-in-law, Charles "Chuck" and Jane Housel of Radford; grandchildren, Jessie Housel and Jonathan Housel; nephews and niece, Elijah Housel, Joseph Housel, Frank Terry and Mitzi Terry; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. with Rev. Robert Morris officiating.
