Joe Charles Wythe Kincer, 25, of Dublin, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2014. He was a member of Heritage Church. He was preceded in death by a special father, Danny Tabor. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Bessie K. and Robert Wayne Pence of Dublin; father, Joe Charles Kincer of Roanoke; brothers and sisters-in-law, David M. and Jessie Kincer of Pulaski, and Chad and Felicia Tabor of Glen Lynn; sisters and brother-in-law, Ashley Pence of Dublin and Jessica and Buck Wade of Dublin; special girlfriend and her daughter, Dabrielle Hylton and Kloey of Pembroke; maternal grandfather, Malcome Kemp of Dublin; special mother, Karen Tabor of Radford;special cousin Shawn Freeman of Dublin; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 7:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until the time of the service.
