Jessica Ann Harman Morgan, 31, of Radford, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013. She was born November 13, 1981 the daughter of Robert W. "Bobby" Harman and Sherrie McCoy. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Pauline Harman and Betty McCoy. She is survived by her parents; sister, Mindy Saul; stepfather, Billy Saul; stepmother, Melodye; and many friends. Services will be held Monday, April 1, 2013 at 2:00 pm, at the New Life Harvest Church, 904 Noblin St., Radford.
