Jeanette Lee Sheets Ratcliffe, 79, of Radford, passed away Friday, September 13, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband W. C. Ratcliffe III. Survivors include her sister, Mitzi Bain of Radford; brothers, Clarence and Warren Sheets, both of Pulaski, and Jimmy Sheets of New Orleans, LA; and sister, Libby Mangano of New Orleans, LA. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 11:00 am at the West View Cemetery in Radford with Rev. Jim Walker officiating.
