Janice Osborne Snell, 74, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 at her home in Radford. She was preceded in death by her parents, John George and Eudora Cregger Osborne; her loving husband, Allen Thomas Snell; and a son, Brian Jones. Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Peggy Osborne; two nieces, Wendy Osborne and Belinda Davis (George); nephew and his wife, Greg Osborne and Melissa; special great niece, Majesta Osborne; and many other great nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
