Janet Eileen Stevens Pannell, 72, of Pulaski, Va. formerly of Denton, Texas, went to be with her Lord on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was retired from Moores Business Forms and Denton City Police Department. She is survived by her daughters, Stacie Whitlock of Pulaski, Va. and Kristie Gibson of Carrollton, Texas; three grandsons and 1 great grandson. Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, Va. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Animal Rescue or your local Humane Society.
