Janet Montgomery Deeds, 85, of Radford, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Retta Turpin Montgomery; her loving husband, Gene Richard Deeds, Sr.; son, Gene Richard Deeds, Jr.; and her brother, Dennis Montgomery. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Aimee Flora (Barry); son and daughter-in-law, Devin Deeds (Robbin); grandchildren, Derek Flora, Dakota Flora, Konner Deeds (Dawson), and Ema Deeds (Chelsey); sister, Libby Goad; brother, Bobby Montgomery; and several other relatives and special friends. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Services will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. Darlene Marshall officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
