James Towles Taylor, 63, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019 at his home in Dublin. He was a U. S. Marine veteran and a construction roofer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Norma Taylor. Survivors include his sisters, Sharon Crigger and Linda Ely, both of Dublin; and many nieces and nephews.
