James "Jim" Robert Neighbors, 80, of Radford, passed away at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital on Friday, June 30, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Kenneth and Edith Marie Neighbors. Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Anne Bruce Neighbors; daughter and son-in-law, Susan Marcus (Mark); sons and daughters-in-law, Rob Neighbors (Joy) and Scott Neighbors (Sarah); special daughter, Nicole Wagner; grandchildren, David Marcus, Kevin Marcus, Ryan Neighbors (Hannah), Josh Neighbors, Zach Neighbors, Jake Neighbors, Drew Lamberger and Jules Lamberger; and many other nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 15, 2023, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the First UMC Church in Pulaski. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor Josh Kilbourne officiating.
