Howard Clinton Walker, 84, passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 at his home in Radford. He was retired from Meadowgold Creamery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise H. Walker; daughter, Patsy W. Whittaker; son, Johnny Walker; great grandsons, Shaun and Amber Whittaker, and Connor Walker; and great great granddaughter, Skylar Amos. Survivors include his grandchildren and their spouses, Michael Whittaker of Radford, Cynthia Gail and Larry Linkous of Radford, Kimberly and Ernie Andrews of Covington, J. C. and Dawn Walker of Roanoke, and Tracy and Jamie Walker of Radford; great grandchildren, Hallie Linkous, Allen Kirby, Thomas Linkous, Emma Whittaker, Makaela Whittaker, Brittney Walker, Peyton Walker and Shawna Walker; great great grandchildren, Isabelle Smith, Addison Linkous, Alivia Linkous and Xander Graves. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will follow with Rev. Jim Walker officiating.
