Henrietta Elinore Orphal Schwarzer, 95, of Radford, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband Chester Herman Schwarzer. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Stuart and Barbara Schwarzer of Orrville, OH; two grandsons and their wives, Paul M. and Lorna Schwarzer of Williamsport, PA, and R. Scott and Mary Lou Schwarzer of Newbern; and two great-grandchildren Austin and Hannalyn Schwarzer. The family would like to express thanks to the staffs of Radford Nursing and Rehab, New River Valley Medical Center and the Radford EMS. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 31, 2011, at 11 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Terry Sternberg officiating. Interment will follow in the West View Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the time of the service on Monday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to your local emergency services organizations. The Schwarzer family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
