Helen Rebecca "Becky" Potapia Hoover, 67, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 at her home in Radford surrounded by her family. She was a member of New Hope Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Helen Hedge Potapia. She is survived by her husband, David Darrell Hoover; sons and daughters-in-law, David Wayne and Bridgette Hoover of Pulaski, and Phillip Edward and Deborah Hoover of Dublin; daughters and sons-in-law, Sonja Arlene and Dean Phillips of Radford, and Tracy Elaine and Timothy Haga of Salem; six granddaughters and one great granddaughter. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin with Rev. T. Michael Bond and Rev. Jim Walker officiating.
