Helen (Pat) Harmon Hall, 76, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2008 at her home in Radford. She was a loving wife, mother and Granny and will be deeply missed by family and friends. She was born July 24, 1932 at Sweet Chalybeate, a daughter of the late Henry Harmon and Sibyl Harmon. She was preceded in death by a brother Henry O. Harmon and sisters Margaret Walker, Julia Boone and Rosalie Harmon. Pat is survived by her husband, Charlie Preston Hall of Radford; children Patty Turner Simerly (Mrs. Ernie) of Pearisburg, William (Bill) Turner, Jr. of Radford, and Bobby Turner of Eggleston; grandchildren Willie Moses, III, Angela L. Stephens, Jennifer Turner, Matthew Turner and Jamie Turner; five great-grandchildren; a brother Jack (and Joyce) Harmon of Sweet Chalybeate; and nieces Linda Simmons (Mrs. Rob) of Covington, Judy Helms (Mrs. Bill) of Augusta, GA and Tracie Cochran (Mrs. Charlie) of Sweet Chalybeate. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral home in Radford with Rev. Jonathon Webster officiating. Interment will follow in the West View Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service on Monday. The Hall family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
