Helen Virginia DeHart, 92, of Radford, passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 in Portsmouth. She was a very proud and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobson and Maude Turner; her husband of 60 years, William Jackson DeHart; son, William Jackson DeHart, Jr.; brother, Hobson Turner, Jr.; and sisters, Katheryn and Fannie She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Hazel Lee Williams of Portsmouth; granddaughter, Carry (Robert) Long of Wilson, N.C.; great grandchildren, Katie, Kellie, Hannah and Robert Long; sister, Anne Gayle Terrell of Chesterfield; and many other family members and loving friends. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the West View Cemetery in Radford.
